We offer a 30-day refund policy for services under the following conditions:

• If the project has not been initiated.
• If the final design does not meet the agreed-upon requirements and multiple revisions have not resolved the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Completed services and projects.
• Custom services where significant work has been done.
